My grandmother has moved into Autumn Cove Assisted Living & Memory Care. The biggest reason we chose it was that this one allows pets. It's clean, and the staff is nice. Everything here has been perfect so far. They have different activities every day. They watch movies, they play bingo, they play giant bowling, they do adult little color sheets, and they have bible study and exercise class. They have pretty much two activities each day, Monday through Friday. So far, everyone that we have dealt with has been nice and helpful. I haven't eaten the food, but she likes it, and they have a lot of different choices.

My brother has moved into Autumn Cove Assisted Living & Memory Care. So far, so good. I have no complaints. They're really caring and really nice. His room is really nice. It's spacious. It has everything he needs as far as closets and a bathroom. It has a nice bathroom and floor-level shower with a seat. Everything is very safe. It's pleasant, warm, inviting, and cheerful. It's got a nice, big window. You can see outside and see the wildlife. It's convenient to the dining area. Everything is well laid out. Everything is very convenient. They have several activities. Every time I've gone there, there has been all kinds of group activities where people interact. They do a lot of fun stuff with seniors there. The food is pretty much five-stars. When I first took my brother there, they invited me to sit in and have supper there, and it was really good. They're good balance, good food. There are several common spaces. They have a nice little miniature library, a little ice cream parlor-like place, and a barbershop/beauty salon. The dining area is really nice and spacious. It is easy to get in and out of. They have outdoor areas that are gorgeous. They have a paved walking area path that is level and very safe. There's nothing to fall off or trip on. They have thought it out really well as far as mobility.

The tour at Autumn Cove Assisted Living & Memory Care was good. It's on the expensive side. It's a good place, it's just too expensive. They're in a great location being in Anniston. It's a very nice facility. It's just very expensive. The staff members were really good. They answered all my questions. I saw the rooms, and for the amount of money that they want me to pay, it's not worth it. They're not big enough. They should lower the price to an affordable price. They should make it affordable for the people. They need to have bigger apartments or studios, but it all boils down to the price. I tried the food and it was very good.

Autumn Cove is very nice and organized. The rooms are fairly large, and they have a couple different layouts. Even the smaller ones are decent-sized and laid out fairly well for handicapped or non-handicapped residents. They provide an actual telephone for every resident with their own phone number. They have memory type games daily, physical therapy, and a bus that takes them to shopping several times a week and your doctor's appointments. Everybody staying there seems to be happy. The person who gave me the tour was professional and helpful.

Our visit to Autumn Cove was very pleasant. The administrator was very professional and helpful. The dining area was very attractive and nice. They told us about their activities and it sounds like they have a pretty comprehensive program. I think it would be a good place. They seemed to be very caring and the people I met were very helpful that day. The memory care section seems like you're really locked off, which is just the way it is, but I'm not really comfortable about that.

Autumn was expensive and it was kind of far away, but it’s a very beautiful place. The staff was very nice as well as the people. They had many activities, and it is on the board where you can see what they were going to be doing on different days.

My mom was a very independent person and when she moved here from Tuscaloosa she wanted to live alone. That worked for about two years. Then she knew and I knew that we needed help. I began to look at a couple of places and when I looked at Autumn Cove I knew that was the correct place for us. She’s at home here. She receives excellent care here. It’s been a wonderful four years for us. We know our family could not make it without it and we appreciate all the wonderful care we’ve gotten.

Staff and amenities were all great. Love all the activities. My mother loved them feeding her constantly lol. Love the physical therapy and how they try to group similar people with similar states of mental health together. My mother is hard to please and I just was hoping someone didn't mistreat her. So far, so good.

I have visited Autumn Cove on many occasions. This is a very nice facility. The staff members are always pleasant and very helpful. I get greeted by someone every time I open the door to go inside the facility. There is never a bad smell inside. The facility is always very well kept both inside and outside. The floors always look as though they were just recently cleaned. My family member's room is always neat and tidy. The facility from the roadway is pleasant to look at. Driving by I see groundskeepers outside grooming the lawn. For the holidays the facility decorates nicely. The residents seem to be well cared for and I never see anyone just left off alone. The staff seems to interact at a very pleasant level with all residents. It appears that there are many activities and visitors available for the residents. All in all Autumn Cove is a wonderful assisted living.
