I entered Penrose Harbor Aug.,24 after surgery. I stayed 5 weeks in skilled nursing. The facility was clean, and the staff was super. They provided the best care possible, encouraged me, provided therapy, both occupational and physical, throughout my stay. The weals were of good quality and after we reached stage 2 of the Covid-19 dashboard, I enjoyed the company of other patients in the dining room. The meals were exceptional
both in quality of food and preparation. I would recommend this facility to anyone wanting professional care. They provide unlimited activities daily and you are encouraged to join in if you are physically able.
