Mom used to be in Heartland Health Care and I had filed a complaint against them. The facility itself was okay. The environment was acceptable. It liked nice and clean. It does not smell. But the staff was much to be desired. They fractured my mom's shoulder while she and she was injured for days and nobody knew. I had one nurse to call me about it and nobody had called me since.
