Our mom passed away after she fell as workers tried to put her in a wheelchair. She was only here two weeks. She was at the previous place for several years but had to move to get more care.

My mother was also on the second floor, which is quite good in so many ways. This floor, however is terrible - except for the physical therapy. All of the physical therapists are great, the complete opposite of the aides and "nurses" ( I wonder if they really are nurses - they were so uncaring, it is hard to believe they were really nurses) . 2 nurses in particular were consistently nasty to me when I wanted information about my mother and even when I didn't ask about her, but asked if I could get a box of tissues. and the like. They even lied to me when I asked about my mother's bowel movements. They said that they were just fine, when in fact, she had a major impaction. Other questions were ignored - quite rudely. They are lazy and uncaring. There was one nurse (a male nurse), however, who was a good and caring person. All of the aides were nasty and uncaring, as well. I complained to the owner, who gave me more access to the woman who runs this floor, but she didn't help at all.
