Mom is 92, she fell and injured her shoulder. She needs physical therapy…Who can we trust with her? She is precious and deserves the best! Who? Where? Trust me, we did some praying. We were led to Life Care Center of Hixson.
Wonderful, compassionate, dedicated professionals…around the clock. Mom, my sisters and I are treated like royalty. I would say family but they far exceeded that. After 70 + days Mom is back on her walker…How about that?! Praise God! She is coming home in a few days!
Don’t hesitate to use this facility. Your loved one will be in capable hands.

Let me start by saying this is the first time I have ever written a reveiw for anything. My brother has an autoimmune disorder that has left him paralyzed from the chest down with limited use of his hands. he arrived 4/18/22, we got him out midday 4/21/22. I had to call the night nurse on 2 different occasions to go check on him because no one would come when he pressed his call button. he had to start yelling for help. a select few of the night staff would come in and talk down to him. saying things like you need to go to sleep and what do you want now. appears management does not know what goes on in the evening. we made our concerns known and were told they did an investigation and new guidelines were put in place. I am writing this in hopes of no one else's loved ones will be treated way my brother was.

This place is no good for any human being. My mom has missed two post opt appointments after me telling them about it. A CNA has thrown paper towel at my mom while i was on the phone with my mom. My mom is 2 1/2 hours behind on her medication and Darren the boss shows no remorse. You can hear in his voice. Physical therapy injured my moms left knee when she went in on a knee cap replacement on the right knee by snatching her off the bed after her telling them to check the bottom of her feet. If i could give them a zero i would but on the other hand. I think this place should be shut down and be punished for neglect and abuse. Thanks for listening and please do help.

As a rehab patient, I was truly impressed with the facility from simple but important things like the doors closing easily from a wheelchair to single rooms. Most of all the rehab, especially the director and my Occupational therapist, were far superior to other facilities. Caring staff members cared for me daily. The Activities program encouraged interaction with others and offered many fun activities. I made so many friends on staff & patients that have continued after my stay! They diminished the pain and stress of my injury. I recommend it as a superior facility.
