One step into the Christman Memory Center and you feel your part of a beautiful community. Each residence exterior entrance is uniquely and individually designed. This area is specially created for people who are encountering the early stages of dementia or cognitive impairment. Accommodations include access to the enclosed courtyard, community great room and staff specifically trained and dedicated to this secure environment.
Our Christman Memory Center brings dignity and comfort to each resident. The center features pleasant sights, sounds and aromas to create an atmosphere that feels like home. The design provides cues and gentle reminders of the day's activities that maximize independence in a separate, safe and protected environment.
Our program involves residents in enjoyable, stimulating activities. Even individual life skills like gardening and baking are incorporated into each day in a fun and meaningful way. Daily enrichment programs provide the opportunity to enhance emotional and spiritual wellness, as well as improve health and overall life satisfaction. Individual and group programs build on lifelong interests or creative self-expression.

Spang Crest was a very nice facility and the folks were really good there. They took my friend in on a short notice and they were just terrific. I was there checking her in and the social worker was there and the head of the facility. They immediately made you feel welcome. The food was good, and she had a lot of medications that they handled well. So, it was a very good experience.
It seemed like a very nice and lively facility. They had contests going on. They had activity sheets. Almost all the people ate in their dining area and I thought the value for the money was good.

Spang Creat is the nicest nursing home in Lebanon. I was very pleased with the rehab services and the cleanliness. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My mother is in Spang Crest Luther Care right now. She had a stroke last October, and that was the only place that had a bed available for her to go at that time. She shares a room with another woman. But if you can afford to pay it for yourself they also have a private room.
