My mother was in Garvey Manor Nursing Home, and it was absolutely outstanding. I could not have asked for a better place. They gave wonderful care, and they're compassionate. They were unbelievable. She was there for six years, and then she passed away in December.
It's an excellent maintained facility. The staff was wonderful and very responsive to your needs. Spiritually and physically, the residents are well cared for. It's a wonderful place.
I would have lunch with my mother, and the food was very good. Socially, there was a lot of interaction for the residents. They were well provided for. It was just a wonderful, wonderful place; it was just amazing. I toured some in Philadelphia, and I wouldn't put anybody in them, but this place is incredible. I mean, the floors were just immaculate and the care that they gave these people.
