My 93 year old mother lived at Hearthstone Assisted Living for six months before she passed away. The care she received was truly exceptional. The facility is gorgeous, but it's the quality of the staff that makes the difference and indicates excellent management. I was able to spend quality time with my mom on a daily basis and never had to worry about whether her needs were being met because they always were. This kept me from worrying. Staff always responded quickly to the call button, no matter the time of day. Everyone was patient and respectful of my mother, even as her health declined. They really tried to follow her wishes. When she needed increased services they were always provided. If I had questions they were answered cheerfully. It was obvious that Hearthstone treats their employees well and is adequately staffed - and that's not true everywhere. Morale seemed excellent. I feel truly grateful for the way Hearthstone supported our family. I know the waiting list can be long, but well worth it. I have absolutely nothing but praise to share.

My mother has been at Hearthstone for 11 years. The facility is immaculate and well laid out. The staff is friendly, helpful and genuinely caring.
Recently, the food quality has exceeded everything in the past. My mother's appetite has returned. Her friends and family are anxious to return for another delicious meal. Keep up the great work, our entire family is most appreciative.

Hearthstone staff and director has been so wonderful. I wanted to make sure my father would get the respect and safe handling that he needs. When he first moved in he was very confused and I appreciated the manager and director coming and talking to him. They even gave him a resident ambassador card, that was very sweet. Thank you so very much.
