My relative was just discharged from Brookside Multicare after 2 months of rehab following a stroke. He received great care and was always treated with respect. We really appreciate everything the staff did to make sure he felt comfortable during this process.

I would have wanted to know before my Dad went there that they were not going to properly take care of my father. I would have wanted to know that they were always short staffed and didn’t turn and reposition my bedridden father, as the records stated he should be. He suffered with two bedsores the entire time there, that were stage 4 when he died from Covid that he got there. I would have wanted to know that they took in Covid positive patients and didn’t have proper infection control causing my Dad and many other residents to contract Covid and die. I would have wanted to know that they would lose ALL my Dad’s belongings, so we had nothing left of his.

My mom is there and receives top notch care! Nursing staff awesome! always available to answer any of my concerns! Highly recommended !

My cousin has spent about 6 weeks at Brookside recovering from a broken hip. From the looks of the place, it seems like it recently went through a pricey renovation. They have a waterfall and putting green in the common outdoor area that is really nice. Whenever I visit the staff always seems friendly and on point. I would recommend this place over other facilities in the area.
