I just had a call from Glenise in full care. She knew that I was frustrated about not being able to see my Mother and therefore I was concerned about her care. Glenise talked with me for almost an hour answering my questions and putting my mind at ease. She even suggested a couple of things that I can do to keep communicating with Mom. Because of Glenise I feel so much happier and confident that Mom is in the right place.
