love and compassion

What a beautiful facility. I have met the new Management and everyone of them are kind and compassionate. Thank you for going out of your way to make sure each and every resident is clean and there needs are being met. I will place another family member here when needed. Thank you for all that you have done. Great friendly staff and service.

MyGrandmother was at this facility in 2016 and 2017. She was treated like royalty and very well taken care of. Thanks to this facility for the great care they give to their patients.

If you have a loved one in this place, get them out immediately. They have patients that are unable to feed themselves and the staff just sits food down in front of theme and leave it, rather than helping them eat there meal. They can't keep staff and as a result are always short on workers. Sad sad sad sad sad. I hope something changes soon for thosending poor people.

This is the worst nursing home facility! My mother was totally neglected & as a result she is unable to walk again because of the infection they neglected to treat properly, they tried to hide it from me & other staff members. This facility is extremely short staffed at ALL time's & the patients suffer as a result! My motherwas given jjust 3 baths the 90day's she was there! Her room was NEVER cleaned, the bathroom had urine on the floor , total filth! It did NO good to say anything to the nurse or any other staff members, they didn't care or had the time to go take proper care of my mom. I feel sorry for ALL the residence there, they sit in their own feces & urine! The place stinks as you walk in the door! Please DO not take your loved one there! I had to get my mom out before they killed her!

The staff to patient ratio is diploarable. Residents often do not even get basic care because the CNA's are totally over worked. There is a hand full of good employees but for the most part the place needs to clean house. My loved one was there for a short time and I had to be there constantly and feared he would be left to sit in filth like the rest of the patients if I left for even a while. I contacted KDHE, hopefully the place will be shut down or overhauled with new management.

This place is awful....it's is classic nursing home that you think of. If your loved is there you better be there every day to make sure they get any care at all
