My mother is at Aspen Place Health Campus now. She's not getting the quality of care she had at home. There's not enough help, and it's not the same nurses and aides every day. They keep switching them all up, so they don't really know what her needs are unless they've taken care of her before. They're too busy, and there's nobody at the nursing station. I'm not real happy, but I believe it's the best place around here. The staff is helpful and caring, but there's not enough people to meet their needs and I don't think the communication is there to meet her needs.
