My sister is in Life Care Center of Post Falls. They take good care of her there, they're friendly staff, and she's safe. She has a shared room and it's nice and clean and they have a nice bathroom. It seems to be doing just fine. They are very accommodating. They help with cutting the food up smaller, and they give her extra large pieces of foam to go on her utensils. The place is nice and very well-kept.

My mother is in the Life Care Center of Post Falls. The care there is excellent. She has been there for four weeks now. The staff is very caring. I haven't seen anything I didn't like. It's big. It's clean. It doesn't feel like a nursing home. They have physical therapy. After she was not in quarantine for her infection, she was taken out of her room and gone to one or two different places for physical activity, mostly in the form of games, but also in exercise equipment. She has no complaints at all about anything.

I highly recommend Life Care Center of Post Falls, Idaho. The staff are loving and caring and quick to respond to any need. Not only the staff, but everyone working there are friendly and caring. The residents have a full gym available for exercise activities. There is a beautiful courtyard in which one can sit and enjoy the day. There is a beautiful library, and dining room facility. I was only there for two and a half weeks so I am sure there are a lot more amenities available then what I have mentioned here. I want to thank everyone who was so kind to me during my stay. I will always remember your kindness to me. God Bless each and every one of you. Love and blessings to you all.

My mother is in Life Care Center of Post Falls right now because that's where the hospital sent her to heal up from her broken hip. She was in an apartment by herself, so I wanted to put her in a place where help would be readily available for her. The staff is great. Unfortunately, they're a little understaffed for their residency rate. She has to wait a long time for help sometimes, sometimes up to an hour, and that's not very comfortable in a poopy diaper. The food menu seems pretty adequate. It's pretty much designed for older people, and some of it is a little tasteless, but she says it's OK. She's not real fond of it, but she says it's edible. The facility layout is pretty nice, but it's sort of like a nursing home setup where it's just rooms and a hallway. It's just one or two patients per room kind of thing, similar to a hospital setup. If their ratio was better and they were quicker when they push their little button to get help, it would be great. The only complaint I have is they're slow to respond. They have a game room, a reading room, an activity room, physical therapy, and a lot of stuff. It's a lot pricey for all that they have to do, but it is what it is. The staff's response time is bad, but once they're there, they're very good. The place is very clean, well kept up, and very nicely appointed. They do a lot to keep the patients active. She's mostly just in her room all by herself, and the only thing they do is they come in and they help her with her bathing and showering twice a week, transport her back and forth to dialysis, and bring her food in.
