Karcher Estates is situated in a desirable location near the Karcher Mall right off of Caldwell Blvd. We have full kitchens in our spacious independent living, 6 levels of care in our assisted living, respite care at any level, post-acute rehabilitation or long term skilled care.

My father was in Karcher Estates for rehab, but because of Covid, I never got inside. We just talked to him through the window. He was happier there than at the other rehab he went to. I have no complaints whatsoever. They helped us afterwards with doctor appointments and physical therapists. They did all the footwork for me. They were doing a good job of what they're trained to do. He did not have any complaints about the food. One time we visited, they had a clown that came through and gave people little root beer floats, but they made it fun. He's in the rehab side, and it's all connected. They have the whole thing, memory care, rehab, and senior living. They have it all together.

My Mother in-law is in the Rehab here, they are taking excellent care of her. The staff is very helpful and kind her.

When it is meal time, all the staff are taking people to the lunch room and no one is left to watch to see if anyone left in the rooms call for aide because if they do there is no one to go to the rooms to help.

HORRIBLE care....oxygen patients sitting with empty 5anks, medications given sporadically (if at all), facility seems EXTREMELY understaffed.
Diets are Not followed ( low sodium or diabetic options are NOT available at all)

I visited Karcher Estates two months ago for my client. My experience there was very good. It was very well-organized and had all different levels of care, such as independent living, assisted living and a rehab. It was a very clean community. The staff and the people were very helpful. The convenience of this place was what impressed me most. It was a huge place, and they were willing to lead people in the right direction.

Right now, mom is in Karcher Estates, and as far as I know, she is happy with her care. Also, my dad has been over there as recommended by his doctor. When she fell ill taking care of him, she also went there for some rehab to be healthier. However, my father passed away and my mom is still over there, still trying to get stronger and better.
Karcher Estates has very friendly staff. The nurses are really willing to help. It is a clean establishment. You don't smell any urine or any type of body filth. So, it is very clean and very friendly oriented, and I am very happy with it right now. I will recommend it to any family member that has to put their parents in some type of a home. However, they do not accept Medicaid.

What I experienced at Karcher Estates is a collaboration, camaraderie and team-work among their staff. Everyone there conveys genuine caring for the residents and family, and one feels immediately at ease because you know that you can trust your loved one will be cared for well. Great respect and dignity is given to each resident because of the diligence and hard work of all. The environment is supportive and welcoming and the rooms are always clean and the air smells fresh.
