I am disappointed at the condition they left my father's room after his passing, they also left dirty dishes all over the hallway near his room. When I went to look for the kitchen staff for some help about the dishes there were nowhere to be found but outside by the dumpster smoking and laughing passing around a joint. I think this is very unprofessional and the owner should really do something about the unprofessional staff they have galavanting outside smoking. I was so upset that I ended up leaving the facility not wanting to come back to retrieve my father's belongings please don't bring your loved one here if they have no compassion for life or even when the person passes. There are all about money and how they can get their next dollar. My father was not an object he was a person. I am so distraught and I found it hard to even write this complaint

I had a nurse that was giving me medications at his convenience and was grumpy about it. He was angry every time he came into my room and denied me pain medication many times do not bring your family here

My dad was there recovering from cancer surgery Staff was wonderfull and facility was very clean I was very pleased with the care and services Everyone went out of their way to be helpful I would highly recommend

My sister was brought to Cobalt Lodge Health Care & Rehab because it was close to her home. It was a good place for her. They helped her with physical and mental therapy that she needed. The staff seemed to be attentive and they had a friendly environment. The rooms were clean and spacious. There was not much activity because they did physical therapy. I thought they needed more help.

My father went into Cobalt Lodge for issues stemming from late stage Alzheimers. The staff were wonderful. From the nurses to the aides all the caregivers were kind, courteous and hardworking. We really didn't want Dad to be "in a home" but were very happy with the care and compassion he was given at Cobalt Lodge. The place isn't fancy or new but it is clean. We were looking for a place that had a good feeling and this one seemed to be the best at first. Fortunately, Cobalt Lodge turned out to be the best choice we could have made for Dad and for us. A family atmosphere.
