The staff members -- all of them -- at The Peaks were fantastic! My 93-year-old mom was there from Dec 2019 through May 2020 when she died. From my first contact with the social workers and admissions people to the end, all of her caregivers were compassionate, kind, helpful, and willing to do anything to make my mom and me comfortable.
I am especially grateful to The Peaks' staff for all they did for my mom during the pandemic. For example, when I couldn't visit her in person due to the pandemic, nurses and CNAs gladly arranged video chats. And, when my mom moved to an outside room, staff encouraged and helped us make and post signs on her window.
All of my interactions with everyone at The Peaks were positive, reassuring, and helped me feel less stressed about my mom's situation. I wish I had moved her there sooner (Mom even said so) when we selected a different assisted living place (where she was for a year before The Peaks).
I am so very grateful for everyone at The Peaks. They do a very demanding job with grace, kindness and humanity -- especially during this pandemic.

My mother was there for rehab. We moved her after a week. She was mostly ignored as her calls for assistance took a long time to get a response. Our family was left out of the loop on her care and information was hard to get. The case worker took days to get back to us when we couldn't meet with her at the only time choice she gave us. Don't go there!

My mother-in-law is a resident of the Peaks. The rooms are reasonable, clean, and spacious enough. The staff is caring. They have activities daily based on their schedule. The dining area is OK, and the food is very good. They have an outdoor area out in the back.

I had my mother there on the long term side. the nursing staff and CNA sat around at the desk and the call lights went un answered. The housekeeping staff did a terrible job. the floors had urine that was sticky and it smelled. The food was cold by the time it got to my mom it looked like it might have been a great meal breakfast and lunch was more appealing then dinner. The director of kitchens was rude and did not answer any of my mothers concerns nor did the administrator. She was very rude and not customer friendly. I would not recommend the Peaks to anyone.

We like Peaks Care Center. My wife had a nice room, and the staff were nice as well. They have movies, exercise, and activities. It used to be a hotel, and their location was nice.

I was in the Peaks Center and the therapists that worked with me were really good. They checked on me and kept the pain medicine going but don’t over medicate you. I just noticed that the patients don’t eat very well and a lot of food gets wasted. They don’t have their own van though and they hired somebody to take residents to the doctor. At one time they forgot about me and we had a hard time reaching the person to take me. I have a small room but they change the linen every day and kept new, clean towels in there. I thought they did a good job.

The Frontier Rebab Center is all about care and great customer service.
The nurses are well educated, trained, and very caring. The CNAs work so hard to meet everyone's needs. The PT, OT, and ST staff and caring and well trained.
The unit is beautifully designed with wide halls and lots of windows. The rooms are nice with a large bathroom.
The intake went smoothly and the discharge was as smooth.
