Empress Care Center feels like you're in a hospital and feels very institutional, so it's not good. The director is super nice and friendly. It’s a much bigger facility, but typical rooms are three to a room for $7,500, and $9,000 for private. The shared room is just like a hospital, and the beds are just separated via curtains, so there's no privacy.
