My sister has been a resident at Victoria Care Center for quite some time my sister receives excellent care there the staff is very caring and supportive my sister is very happy here Victoria Care Center is very clean I am very impressed with this facility and I highly recommend Victoria Care Center for your loved one

My mother suffered a small fall and sustained a small fracture and needed some rehab treatment. This facility was assigned to her and when I looked it up it had 5 stars and was so confident it was a good place. But when she was there, she suffered from neglect and mental abuse. She likes to drink a lot of water and at night they would take away her water so she would not call to have her diaper changed because they won't take her to the bathroom so she had to wet her diaper. I was so mad and upset that the next day took her back to my house and manage her care there. I did reported it to the State and hope they got fined.
