We chose Park Avenue Healthcare & Wellness Center because this is the place that suited my father the most out of all of the facilities he's been in. He's been there a couple of months. They take care of him very well, the staff treats them very well. They feed him and he's doing good and not gaining any more weight. They have different activities like board games and different things they do for the seniors. It's also located near everything.
