Care Meridian was the only facility that can accommodate my brother who was on life support. The facility was kind of outdated. But I liked that they have a nice large room where the family can congregate, and play area for children. I did like that the rooms can accommodate the different ages. The bedroom was totally different from a medical room. I suggest they update their facility if possible. The staff were accomodating all the way through. They exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this place to other people.

I was given a reluctant tour because this is a sub-acute 12 bed facility dealing with serious injuries. It's located in a residential neighborhood and looks like it was a converted residence. It took a while for my tour guide to soften up, but she was nice enough to give me a limited tour, but I wasn't shown any of the rooms. The grounds are well manicured and the facility is set far back from the street. I like that it's a small facility with a large staff to patient ratio. I didn't detect any odors and all of the doors were locked. I like small facilities more than large because of personal care; this one seemed to provide that.
