About This Community

Frontida Memory Care of Elkhorn is a purpose-built home for people who have dementia. It is a secure building on the outskirts of Elkhorn across the road from the Evergreen Golf Club. The suites are cozy and specifically designed for people with memory loss. The residents enjoy an active day and meals made from scratch, served by a dedicated team who are led by an industry veteran who is dedicated to the well-being of those we serve.

Frontida Assisted Living has provided award-winning care since 2009 throughout Southeast Wisconsin. In July 2022, Frontida began offering Assisted Living and Memory Care services in Elkhorn.

We truly care about the holistic well-being of every resident and make it our mission to enrich their day with happiness, fun, and laughter.

The facility is open, sunny, clean and welcoming. The room is clean and homelike. When I go to visit my friend, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

My Dad needed a memory care facility and I didn't know where to start. Little did I know there was a facility close by us that was exactly what we needed. It is a very scary sensitive time in your life when you're having to find devoted care for a loved one. They answered all of my questions in a very patient caring manner. I highly recommend you give them a call if your loved one needs full time assistance. Rooms are spacious and private. Staff are helpful and caring. Residents can choose to participate in games and activities.

It is great. With the virus you couldn't get in there, but now that my father is dying, they allow me to go in there and sit with him for periods of time as long as I don't wander around. I just stay in the room with him. The staff is great. They do a wonderful job, and they're very caring. Everything seems really nice and clean. His room is always clean. They bring me some food to the room if I'm there for a long time.
