Nice facility & food but unsafe. Management approach is terrible in addressing serious issues. I feel sorry for those staff members who genuinely care.

My mom has moved into Azura Assisted Living and Memory Care of Brookfield at Mierow Farm. It has been OK, but they have things I think they can improve on. I've only had one meeting with the caretakers and I believe they could use a lot more help. The directors out there, they are great to talk to, and pretty good at gearing to what we've asked. My mother is in the memory care. Activity seems to be pretty good. During the week they have like a meet and greet with all the residents, they have a smoothie time, and they play some table games; they have quite a few different activities there. Mom says the food is OK. We could not tour because of COVID, and I think even though we had the measurements and the pictures, it is actually very small. I had one visit where I saw it in person, and it was very messy, and we addressed that, and it has improved. It is very expensive.
