I was in desperate need of a place for my mother. I live 4 miles from Pinebrook Pointe. I was given a tour and all my questions were answered . All I can say is that the staff is amazing and professional, I never smell any “particular” odors and I see the place clean all the time. If I need something or someone they are there! I love the feel of home at this facility and the residents are introduced to so many different activities and events. My mother is hard core difficult and they show nothing but respect and kindness . She has a beautiful room that has a kitchenette and a full bathroom in a secure memory care . I would highly recommend to anyone that has a loved one that needs that “special” care.

When the decision was made to place my mother into a memory care facility I was very apprehensive after hearing stories.
My mother has been there just over two years and I have been very pleased. The staff is warm and caring despite the stressful job they have. The activities that are provided include monthly outings, guest speakers and just everyday activities- memory, counting, matching games; stories, songs and some large muscle activities as deemed fit.
I am extremely comfortable leaving my mother in their loving hands.
