Very clean, warm, and positive place. My aunt lived in their memory care. the staff and management were so supportive and compassionate any time I came to visit. What I really loved is how engaged the aides are with the residents they did activities like beach ball and music therapy. You can just tell the employees are passionate and truly care about what they do.

I toured Clement Manor. They had an activities director, they had meals, and I saw some people walking around and stuff like that. However, it just didn't have some things I was looking for. I wasn't as sold on the place. My brother liked that one, but I didn't. They were knowledgeable, and I think they answered my questions. I don't remember there being an issue with that. I thought the staff was okay.
It's a lot based on Catholicism like there was a mass going on when I was in there; however, my mom wasn't raised Catholic. My brother and his wife were interested in that one, and they were Catholic, but I thought, I'm picking this for my mom. It's not for what they want, but what my mom would want. That's the part why I didn't pick that one for my mom because she wasn't of that faith. If my mom would have been a Catholic, then that would have made me give it one point higher. Everybody has stuff that matters to them, and that's how it was for me.
