I toured Regency Pullman. I thought Stephanie was a very engaging and caring person. She's the one that I spoke with at length about what my needs were. She's the one that took me on the tour, and I thought she did a really, really good job of making it so that it isn't quite such a heart wrenching decision. The facilities themselves are very clean and very organized. The staff seemed to be very engaging with the clients. The clients looked like they were well taken care of and happy, and they had lots of options for them. The food looked good. It was a very pleasant experience. The staff did a really fabulous job. They have a nice gazebo area and a little pathway out there with it. It looked to me like they had some old gardening options and stuff. The only thing I would say is that it is a little tricky to find the facility, but other than that, it was fine.

Regency Pullman offered the services that we would need and my mom knew a couple of people that already were there, so that was a benefit for us. I toured the memory care area, and they were very accommodating. They showed me everything that I would need to see, and they had everything that we were looking for. We only met one lady that gave us a tour, but she was awesome. They also have a courtyard and a hair salon, where somebody will cut hair. The place looked very clean too.

My mother decided to stay in Regency Pullman. It's small, and they're very attentive. They do have puzzles, and she's in memory care. They offer TV. They have walks, and they have an outside courtyard. They have a big, inflatable ball that they play with. It's a locked door, but it doesn't look like it -- they've painted it to resemble a bookcase, so they don't feel like they're trapped or locked in there at all. The staff have a lot of patience. They take a lot of time with each resident.
