I went to Harmony at Harbour View. It was great. I was very impressed. It's probably well within the price range. The staff members were terrific. I was very impressed with everything I saw and everything I heard. It was very nice. I met with the manager and the lady that was in charge of marketing, and she was great.

Do not move your loved ones to this facility. It deserves 0 stars. In July of 2020, 8 patients died of COVID-19 and 30 staff members were infected. Harmony at Harbour View failed to inform residents and have tried to hid the outbreak. Communication from the administration and empathy of the staff members is horrible. My grandfather was one of the residents who passed from COVID and Harmony at Harbour View couldn't even send a condolence card. My family is heartbroken and we do not want anyone else to go through what we did.
