I toured Lake Ridge Senior Living. I worked with their marketing person, and he was very helpful and very good. He connected me with a caseworker at one of the hospitals to help some more and get some more information, and that was very nice. They were very helpful in that way. They were also very helpful in giving tours. The facility itself was old, and the rooms were small, but they had private bathrooms. They seemed to have a low staffing ratio than I wanted. I met a housekeeper there, and she was very pleasant and very helpful.
Their common area was small. One thing that was negative there was when we went into the grounds, they were covered in cigarette butts. The common dining area was very much the central part of the facility. It was clean, which I think was nice. It was cafeteria style. Their grounds were more like a backyard than a courtyard. It kind of wrapped around the building. They had salon services. It's not a salon itself, but they would do it in the common area, and that was the only real amenity that I noticed.
