Living Springs Village offers elders the finest residential style of assisted living in a uniquely designed home limited to 16 residents. In contrast to larger, skilled nursing homes and institutional-style facilities, we provide increased staffing and a higher standard of care to individuals with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia.
We promote an environment of participation as we welcome families to share with us in caring for their loved ones. Our goals are to promote meaningful relationships and to fight loneliness for these very important and valuable individuals.

When we were told my mother needed to be in Memory Care we didn’t know where to start. We were referred to Living Springs Village and it was an answer to our prayers The management and the staff are
awesome! We were always amazed at how they took such a personal interest and how caring they were to my mother and us. The room & bath have ample space. As long as she could she was able to enjoy all the activities & entertainment. We enjoyed going to visit her and felt she was very well cared for. Sandra Tindell

After many years of caring for my elderly mother, it had become increasingly difficult with her health and mental capacity diminishing and both my husband and I working full time jobs. Our family physician recommended we consider a memory care facility. We hadn’t planned on having my mother live in an assisted living facility and this was not a decision we took lightly. We researched several facilities and Living Springs Village rose to the top, especially as we examined caregiver ratios to ensure that she received the attention she needs. Fast forward four months and we can honestly say that selecting Living Springs Village is one of the best decisions we have ever made. The entire team feels like an extended part of our family and is great about communicating with us regularly. It’s not uncommon to receive a text message from the staff with a picture of my mom having fun during an activity or just enjoying the outdoors on the beautiful patio/garden area. The facility is exceptionally clean, and my mom likes the meals and snacks, which is saying a lot as she’s a picky eater! We would recommend Livings Springs Village to anybody looking for a top-notch memory care facility for their loved ones.

Living Springs Village provides such a cozy family atmosphere for our mother as her Alzheimer's advances. She has made so many sweet friends. The ratio of caregivers to residents is designed so that each resident receives lots of personal attention. Every day has opportunities for various activities and and frequently there is musical entertainment. We have such confidence in the directors and how easily we can communicate with them. I no longer go to bed each night worried about my mother living alone. Now she is in the perfect place for her needs in this season of her life.

I love how the staff goes above and beyond for every resident. Definitely peace of mind knowing that my loved one is being taken care of. I am blessed to have found such a wonderful place.

We are so fortunate to have this top-notch facility in our community. It feels like you are walking into a warm, friendly home when you enter. My mom especially enjoys the big outdoor courtyard area and Butterfly garden. Living Springs offers such a wide variety of activities for residents, great meals, safe and clean environment, friendly and experienced caregivers, as well as excellent medical supervision. The management also does a great job communicating and keeping us informed of all aspects that involve my mom‘s care. It is a blessing to know that my mom is in such good hands and is having all of her needs met and then some.

The decision to move our mom to an MCF took a long time. It was painful and hard. No one wanted that choice, but it became inevitable. After extensive review and many prayers, we chose Living Springs Village (LSV). Our mom has been there six months, and we cannot say enough good things. Like others, we had the non-negotiables of our mom being safe, fed and clean, and LSV made those things happen immediately. Given our struggles in these areas while she was still at home, this was no small feat. Of equal importance to us was our mom be treated with genuine kindness, patience and respect. We also wanted open, on-going communication and an atmosphere where we, as her family, always felt welcome.
We have not had to address a single issue with Living Springs! We have appreciated their communication (formal - newsletters and event calendars, but mostly the informal texts and pictures which we love). We have always felt welcome, and LSV feels like a second family for all of us.

Since moving our mom to Living Springs there has been a remarkable improvement in her awareness and cognitive skills. As a family we attribute it to the attention, involvement and interaction with the staff and the many different activities that Living Springs provides as well as the cheerful surroundings. The rooms are bright and clean and have plenty of room to add personal touches. There are daily activities designed to get the residents involved and stimulated. The staff participates with the residents in group situations as well as one on one interaction always offering encouraging words.
