I went to Brookdale Champions. It's a little bit older facility, but it's very nice. They definitely have a nice layout of isolating the residents together to make it enjoyable for them. They have different locations, so that they can continue to do things that they used to do (especially those pretending that they were on a computer or mailing stuff). It was very nice. Although it was a Saturday, I could see them interacting and doing some type of activity together with the staff. There was definitely some interaction going on. The rooms seem to be adequate in size and shape, and it seemed appropriate.
