My in-laws were in Brayden Park and that was a complete nightmare. We had a really bad experience there. They weren't what they said they were. They do not have a true memory care unit. They let the residents go in each others room, and it was just a problem. Some of the people that worked there were nice but the person that oversees the facility, no, she needs to lose her job. The place needs to improve almost everything. The floor nurses that I dealt with were nice. One staff member was nice and helped out, but it was not for us, and our family didnt do well there. Theyre not really good with dealing with family, and watching over the residents that well. I think it's just too big and they don't have enough people. My in-laws said the food is good. We were never allowed to see anything other than a window. The room was big and nice, but other than that, we didnt really see anything. They said they had activities, but I would talk to one person one time and then they would tell me something and then four minutes later I would talk to a different person, and they'd tell me something else. They said that they gave her things to fold to keep her busy. No one ever really told us anything about the activities. I asked, but nobody could ever be bothered to answer the questions.

My Dad was a resident at Brayden Park for the last years of his life. The staff was wonderful. They were personable and caring. It is obvious they understand dealing with people with Dementia and were always kind to him and the other residents. I was called anytime there was a problem or a change, As he worsened,he moved from assisted living to the memory care unit. There was always extra care available and he was able to end his life in the place he had called home. I will always be grateful to the exceptional care and love he received. Brayden Park helped make a very difficult time easier.
