The lady that we talked to at The Reserve at Katy was very nice and very informative. She really spent more time with us than the other facility we went to. She was really helpful, answered all of our questions, and walked us through the facility. The memory care area was clean and looked like it was recently painted. It was really good. They weren't getting ready to eat when we walked through the dining area, but they were seated at the tables talking and there was music playing. It was not quite as fancy, but it was very clean and very pretty.
