Sunrise of Cinco Ranch was a very nice place. We toured the memory care and it was very clean. The lady who took us around was also very nice. The dining area had a lot of windows. It was very well-lit, bright, and cheery. It wasn't real large, but it didn't appear to be crowded. The facility was very pretty. They also have a beauty salon, a nice patio with a little gazebo out there, and a water fountain. It's close in, and it's nice, too.

The memory care of Sunrise of Cinco Ranch was excellent. Tony took care of me and explained everything, but I also saw a lot of personnel, so I think people will be taken care of there. They showed me a two-bedroom, one-bath, that was supposed to be shared with two people, and it was very, very clean. The common areas and their rooms were also very nice and well taken care of.

Sunrise of Cinco Ranch was very nice. The residents seemed very happy. The food service and everything seemed very, very nice. I didn't have a complaint on any of them. They were taking precautions with Covid, and all of them were doing that. I could tell they all really were watching that condition and making sure that the residents were safe. Toni, the director of sales, took me through, and Lisa. Our experience was very good. The outside was very nice. It had very nice inside courtyards. The rooms were very nice. They had nice facilities. I looked at a studio and a one-bedroom, and it seemed very well kept. The way their food services were set up was very nice. The staff was very nice. Everybody was very accommodating. I saw their dining area, their prep area, and she had given me a copy of the menu when I was there. It looked very good. I went through one of the rooms where they watch TV, and all of them seemed very happy. It was like an old Western show or something they were watching that would be interesting at their age. It's a nice facility. The dining room was cute and looked more like a little restaurant. It's very appealing from the street.

My mother-in-law is in this facility and she needs 24 hour care, has dementia, alzheimers, doesn't walk and is incontinent. She is being taken care of by the most kindly and caring staff I have seen anywhere. There is never a harsh word spoken even though my mother-in-law has a history of being very nasty. The residents who live there are all treated with dignity and love. I don't think you could find a better care facility. The prices keep going up though and care can cost over $10,000 per month. We will try to keep her there as long as we can.
