Cariad at Village was nice. It was older, but it was clean and nice. From the lady, to the nurse, to the staff member, they were very, very nice, and she was sweet. She would follow up several times to make sure everything was OK. She even gave my mom a little birthday gift. I thought that was sweet. She knew my mom's birthday, so when I went over there she showed me the room that my mom would have. And when you opened the door, there were some balloons, and there was a little container where they had one cupcake, a big, big cupcake. I thought that was very sweet of her to do that. I know some of them were playing. At the time when I went, they were already eating. They looked clean and the food looked like any food that you eat at home. The place smelled good, looked good, and they were eating. It didn't look like they didn't enjoy the food, and they were talking to each other.

I like the staff at Cariad at Village Creek, and I like that the place was immaculate. I like that the rooms or studios were very spacious and sunny. There's a nurse on the floor at all times, and they have doctor visits once a week. The place is not very fancy, but it really looks like it's well-run and well-kept. Amy, the sales director over there, is terrific. They wanted to invite us into the dining room, but we declined because we had another appointment.
