We chose The Bridges at Mission. My mom is already a resident there. They have been excellent so far. I've talked to the administrator several times and she's been very helpful. I have no qualms with them. I've visited the facility. I went and saw my mom the other day there, and she was quite happy. If my mom's happy, I'm happy. She is in the memory care unit. We don't know so much about the food because we had a two-week period where they asked us not to come and see her, but she said that they feed her very well. She did aerobics. They have painting, karaoke, and stuff. The only thing we were kind of worried about is that they did not have church service. We went and sat outside, and it was a very nice area. We wouldn't have to worry about her if she went outside by herself. You couldn't ask for a better staff. The administrator gave us her home phone number.

Everything at The Bridges at Mission is very acceptable. It's an older building, but they're adding 20 different units, so they're expanding at this point. The staff and the services are just great and my sister is very happy there. The girls are all very caring and sweet to her whenever we go and spend time there. They don't prepare the food, but they bring it there, and it looks to be very good quality. There's an activities director and there are activities every day in the morning and afternoon. They do some arts, games, there's actual lessons to help with their memory and reasoning, and guest speakers talk about different topics. The facility just needs a little updating, but I'm really pleased with it. My sister is in a group of 12, and she and maybe three or four others are on a level where they communicate well, they interact, and they're very active. The price is also very reasonable.
