Crystal Creek at Preston Hollow offers all levels of assistance and care for our residents. With 41 spacious Assisted Living Apartments along with multiple floors of private rooms and suites designed to meet the needs of our short-term transitional and rehabilitation patients, we are able to manage transitions to higher needs without the need to change settings. Our licensed staff and trained caregivers offer a full continuum of care with three levels of support. My husband is doing OK at Crystal Creek At Preston Hollow. I'm very pleased with them. From the time we first walked down, everyone has been very friendly and helpful. He says the food is good and that he's eating like a horse. The thing that I really like is the fact that they have an activities director in the memory care unit. It keeps them moving and gets them out of their rooms and socializing. They play pickleball with a balloon and several other games where they use balloon force. They also do puzzles, some of them paint, some of them read and sing. The room is large and we just furnished it. They do take them out in the courtyard occasionally. This facility has independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care. On the memory care floor, they have a balcony that they can go out on. It's all fenced around so that they can't jump off. It's really a very pleasant environment.
