Our licensed nurse and certified medication aides get to know our residents like family, with all of their unique needs and preferences. It's like home.

Dining is a focal point of our residents' day at Willow Springs - assisted living by Americare. It starts with an open breakfast with eggs just the way you like them. We accommodate our early risers ready for toast and coffee as well as those who can't start the day without a big hot breakfast. Comfort foods, foods familiar and favorite, are part of our menu.

At The Arbors at Willow Springs in Spring Hill, TN, living with Alzheimer's becomes less of a challenge for you and your loved one. We combine the intimacy of assisted living with specialized care for dementia. The size of the Arbors promotes a comforting, calming environment. With no more than 15 rooms, the Arbors co-exists with a sister assisted living facility, yet remains separate. Care is provided in a building specifically designed with the care of the Alzheimer's resident in mind. We consider each resident's own strengths and weaknesses to weave a seamless cloth of individualized care. We also incorporate the latest approaches to this challenging disease into the daily routines and activities of all our residents. It's difficult to even search for proper care while tending to someone with Alzheimer's. Each day presents new challenges to patients and their caregivers. At the Arbors we offer a shelter of care and advice for the entire family.

The Arbors at Willow Springs is an age in place facility. Once you become a resident there, you will be there throughout the duration of your time, unless you have to be hospitalized for any reason (but you can just return back to the facility after that). They do accept Medicaid too, which only few age in place facilities do. My mom can have her own private room, and it's all inclusive. It makes it really nice. They handle all the laundry and everything for her. It's a full service facility. So far so good, and she's only been three days. The memory care is a small setting. They are only allowed to have only 16 rooms. Currently, residents that are there now have all private rooms. They are handling only 12 individuals right now. They have an ample staff to support the needs of the residents. Also, the facility is very nice and kept real nice. They repainted and re-carpeted her room before she moved in. It just has been welcoming, since we started the process. They are very involved with different things. They take them on outings, shopping, to eat, or go on picnics. It's a very clean facility and very organized. They have an exercise room, an in-house beauty salon, and relaxation rooms. Of course, they do lots of different in-house activities with them, like crafts and things like that. So far, I feel like I'm getting what I paid for.
