My mom is currently at the memory care unit of The Hearth at Franklin and I think they're doing a good job. So far, I found the people very engaging. There's nursing care 24/7 and when you walk into the facility, the staff greets you and makes eye contact. It seems like a very caring place. I've been surprised at the variety of dishes that they serve for the residents too. It's very clean, kept very well, staffed well, and furnished well. For the care that she gets, I think it's a good value for the money.

The Hearth at Franklin was good, I liked it fine. I liked the staff very much, they were good, and the facility was very new, and it was nice. The rooms were very nice, the dining area was large, and it had a lot of windows. The staff was very helpful.

Great facility. Great staff. Great activities for everyone who is there. Everyone is well taken care of. I can't say enough good things about the place.
