Our Great Room and Country Kitchen offer opportunities to spend family time with YOUR family or our Grace Park family, while cooking, chatting or enjoying entertainment at happy hour.

For those who understand the importance of exercise, our multi-purpose room is used for daily exercise at many different impact levels, while others enjoy the walking paths through the gardens! Blossoms is a full-service salon keeping everyone here “Simply gorgeous!” After selecting the finest and freshest ingredients, our chefs prepare them to perfection and serve them in our beautiful dining room in the most delightful way.

But the heart of the lifestyle happens within our Arts and Entertainment department….

It is a vital program of activities that stimulate residents cognitively, culturally, creatively, psychologically, spiritually and physically and promotes individual and group pleasure and social interaction. It all starts with a monthly calendar that outlines fun, exciting and engaging activities. A calendar is a calendar but when you put it together with talented, passionate and energizing staff, it becomes a daily delight for our residents. Our staff delivers specialized activities for all of the Grace Park lifestyles.

Arts and Entertainment offer daily activities, such as:

Education seminars linked to arts and crafts projects

Cocktail hour twice a week with live entertainment.

Mystery trips – they never know where they going!

Themed events that start with educational seminar, music, dance, arts and craft and end with a very special dinner

Our seniors are very civic minded, they contribute to the community projects and Arts and Entertainment help them to make the connections.

Grace Park is spacious and clean. The rooms are adequate. They have a library there and the activities downstairs are fine, but the activities upstairs (in the memory care) are limited. They don't offer my loved one the attention that she needs. Some of the staff are good and some of them are not. Other facilities have a system where they label your clothes so they don't get mixed up with others, but that's the problem they have at Grace Park, my loved one's clothes are never the right ones. They're not even her clothes. She gets some of them back, but some aren't hers. They also don't give them food for old people. They don't give them enough mashed potatoes, applesauce, baked beans, hot dogs, and stuff that she likes.

I took a tour of Grace Park. It looked beautiful, but they told me they had a bed for my mother, and then they told me they no longer had a bed available. I was moving my mother up from New York, and so I was not very happy with them. It's a very classy place. Kelly was very nice, it seemed very clean, and it seemed nice. However, in the dementia unit, the people just leave them there. Or maybe it was just like that when I visited.

My sister is in the dementia ward at Grace Park. The place is lovely. It's the best of any facility that I've seen. The staff is great. I have nothing negative to say. She has a private room and beautiful views, and her own bath and shower. It's just like home. It's in a town, so it feels like a community. I'm very happy with it. I've had a meal with them; it was delicious and delivered hot. There's a kitchen and they cook the food there. She has been eating every single meal. It has more amenities for less money than other nursing homes.
