My husband is now in The Grand Residence at Upper St Clair. The staff seems to be very good and caring, ad it's a beautiful place. They seem to be doing a good job. His room is nice and spacious, and they keep it clean. Because of COVID, I haven't been able to eat with him, but he seems to like it and the menu looks really good. They offer several activities every day. They have trivia games and activities with the ball and a balloon and watch events on TV like the Thanksgiving parade. I was quite pleased with the price compared to other nursing homes I looked at. I'm concerned that he doesn't seem to be getting any therapy to help him walk, but everything else is good. I hope they would give him more therapy.
