My mother was a Memory Care resident at The Village at Keizer Ridge for 5 years. She moved in when it opened in 2016 & just recently passed away. What impressed me from the beginning, and is still true today, is the personal, hands on care she continually received. The staff makes it a top priority to know a resident individually - their personality & quirks, likes & dislikes. I would drop in frequently to visit and the staff were always present & interacting with the residents. They work very hard to care for the individual. I would recommend The Village to anyone and will be forever grateful for the compassionate, quality care my mother received - from the first day she arrived until the moment she left.

The Village at Keizer Ridge was gorgeous. The facilities were absolutely beautiful. They have a movie room and a ton of activities for the guests to do. It appeared well run from the outside, but some friends of ours said they didn't think the staff was doing very well, but I personally didn't experience that. I just wasn't comfortable sending my parents there with what my friend had told me about it. The dining area was beautiful, very modern, clean looking, and very fancy. The facility also seemed very clean. I just went into the main area of the memory care and they had some memory care people in there playing instruments and singing, and they were enjoying it. Some were being fed and it looked like they were getting good care.
