I chose The Woods at Willowcreek for my mom because it was quiet and peaceful. Everybody from the very first staff member that we dealt with, to the girl that takes care of mom, were all very nice. The food is good. My mom is in their memory care unit. They have someone in charge of activities. The girls come in and they cook, there's music, and they have outdoor activities. They are excellent.

The Woods at Willowcreek looked like a really nice place. They take very good care of the residents, and it seemed very homey, warm, and inviting. They were painting, tossing a sandbag, and doing some other crafts in the memory care area. We were really thinking strongly about having my parents go there. The only negative part was the majority of it is memory care and my mom may need memory care here soon, but my dad isn't quite ready for that. He would have to be in a different location, which is a few blocks away. The staff seemed extremely warm, loving, and caring. In some places you can have memory care, assisted living, and independent living all in the same location, but they don't have that available.
