My husband is staying in Prestige Senior Living. We chose that place because it's just around the corner from where he is staying. I wanted him to be closer to the to the house and his family. The girl who toured us answered all the questions that we had, and she answered them very easily. The place is really nice. It's clean and bright, but it looks like a nursing home. The place might need to be updated. The one who accompanied us was amazing; she was really good. She showed us everywhere we have to go. Most of the amenities are upstairs in the assisted living. They have a hairdresser that comes in and cuts hair. There's nothing much going on in memory care. The dining room was open and clean. There's a small courtyard that you can reach from the memory care area, but there's a larger courtyard upstairs in assisted living that you can use.

The assisted living of Prestige Senior Living Orchard Heights was quite nice, but the memory care was not up to par with my standards. It was down in the basement, quite closed, off the side, and it wasn't very inviting. I didn't notice any activities, the memory care side seemed to smell a little bit, but the dining area was nice.

I had a good experience at Prestige Senior Living Orchard Heights. The care is adequate, and I like how they had it set up because the bottom floor is for the memory care and the floor above is for assisted living, but it's arranged in such a way that you can take the elevator up to visit the other floors. It has everything that you may need, and the place is clean. They're doing some renovation and updates on the facility.
