I went to Brookdale River Valley Tualatin. I liked their overall facility. The only issue is that they took appointments and had us go through the whole tour of the place, but they don't have any openings. It was kind of disappointing. Other than that, I liked the facility. The staff was professional and answered all my questions. They met my expectations. It was still COVID though, so I didn't get to tour all spaces.

I toured Brookdale River Valley Tualatin. I chose the other Brookdale in Beaverton over this one because the whole facility there was memory care whereas, for this one, the memory care was just one little corner. They were very kind, very accommodating, and they talked to me. I didn't tell them that I didn't choose them, but I still haven't received a call from them so I'm still on their waitlist. I toured it in December and until now, there's no call. During the tour, I found the place to be pleasant and nice. The staff was nice too. Everything was fine there but they probably need more rooms for memory care because they have very few rooms.

I went to Brookdale River Valley Tualatin. It's a very nice community. It's a good facility. The people were very nice when we toured and answered all of our questions. They were very helpful. The rooms were bigger than expected and they're pre-furnished, so that was nice. It was a very clean facility. They had multiple kitchens, and common areas, and a large kitchen area. There were some games being played in the common area. They had multiple enclosed patios, and you could bring your dogs if needed.

Brookdale River Valley Tualatin was kind of small and depressing. The rooms were pretty small and didn't appeal. The staff was really nice, she was really great, and helpful. The dining area for the whole place was really nice. The memory care area was small and restrictive.

Brookdale River Valley Tualatin had assisted living and memory care. My stepdad didn't like it at first, but the nurses and the staff were really good to get him calm down. They work with him really well. The lunch we had was okay and they have a list of things on the board that they could participate in if they wanted.
