The Linden at Stonehaven Square offers assisted living services and Opal, our signature memory care program tailored to the unique needs of seniors living with Alzheimer’s disease. The Linden at Stonehaven Square will be a state-of-the-art community, providing high-quality care in a welcoming and comfortable environment that feels like home.

The Linden is located off of 81st street in Broken Arrow, the suburb of Tulsa. We’re close to world-class medical services, including St. Francis Hospital South and Hillcrest Hospital South, and convenient access to both downtown Tulsa and downtown Broken Arrow.

Onsite amenities include a restaurant and bistro, theater, wellness center and gym, salon, a variety of activity and game rooms, and beautiful outdoor spaces. Residents will enjoy weekly housekeeping and transportation services as well as access to Leisure Care’s signature programs PrimeFit, Travel by Leisure Care, and the Fit Brains and Language Learning programs powered by Rosetta Stone®

The Linden at Stonehaven Square is good. I liked the employees and their interaction with the residents. The memory care room was very clean and open. They have a gym, a theater, a nice lobby, and a beauty shop.

My mother lived at the Linden for a little more than a year and I can't say enough good things about the staff and the facilities. Everyone, from the nursing staff to housekeeping was extraordinarily kind and competent. Mom started in the Assisted Living section then moved to the Memory Care wing at the appropriate time and was able to hospice in place. The ability to seamlessly move from one stage of care to another in the same beautiful facility was very helpful. In addition to all of this, the food was always delicious and the choices were varied and nutritious.
