My mom has been a resident for the last 7 years. She moved in with a diagnosis of early stage of Alzheimer's disease. The staff are very attentive and treat the residents with love and respect. Christina at the front desk is friendly and always welcome us with a smile. She is always excited to see us. The staff go above and beyond to care for my mom's needs. Despite the challenges the diseases causes, my mom is thriving and doing well. We couldn't be happier.

I went to the Lantern of Madison to see a patient. I loved the area where it was opened up, and they had lights that would dim to make it look like night time for 'em, or the lights would be bright when it was supposed to be sunny. They have live plants in there, they have a fountain, things like that that I haven't seen in other places. One area did have a urine smell, but then again that's what they can't control, which I understand. It wasn't really, really bad, but there was an odor. Somebody could have just been cleaned up, I don't know. It looked pretty good, pretty average for everything that I've been in. It was more homey.
