I was not satisfied with Primrose Retirement Community of Lancaster. They lack a lot. There wasn't enough time spent with the people. There's no activities. It's like a money making thing. They aren't helping those people. That's why we moved my wife, because they weren't doing their job. All they wanted to do was send her off to the hospital. In other words, if she got aggravated or whatever, they didn't work with her trying to find out why. They don't care. They were sending her down to the hospital in Logan, and they called me and said, "You got to come pick her up and take her down there," because they couldn't find the transport. So you pay for them to take care of her, and then they push her on you, and you have to take her to the hospitals. I got many ambulance charges. If it wasn't for the insurance, those were from $400 to $600 each, and insurance cut it down to two hundred. I got four of them.They didn't do anything. They will feed them and they'll push them in front of a TV instead of having activities for them. The only thing that they ever did was play bingo and stuff.
