My grandmother is now at Kentridge Senior Living. They are one of the number one memory care facilities in Ohio, so we went there and toured it and were impressed with all the activities and everything they have to offer for her. They have their own little community there where they do crafts and make cookies and eat as a family, all those types of things. My grandmother has the same things that she had when she had her own apartment. She has her own bed, her own chair, her own TV, and her own dresser, so it's set up like it was at her house.
I have not tried their food, but my grandmother has gained some weight, so she is eating pretty well. I haven't had a lot of interaction with the staff because when we go there, it's usually a weekend, but they've been very nice. They welcomed us, and any time we had questions, they answered them. It's very clean. The only thing though is that we don't hear about her day-to-day things. We don't hear a lot about that, and we would like to hear more about what's going on with her day-to-day and what that looks like for her. But we also realize there are only so many workers and it's not a nursing facility, so it's not a requirement. It's a private facility, so it is quite expensive, but when we were looking for a facility, it was similar to all the other ones. So I think that it's right where all the other ones were.

We visited Kentridge Senior Living, we like that the location is closer to our church. We only met two staff people, but they were very nice and informative. We saw the open areas, it was nice although not as nice as the place we ended up choosing. But we liked it and everything was fine, the outdoor area was clean. The staff was very inviting when we came in.
