We picked Heritage Crossing because my sister and I did some research and this facility just seems like it would fit my mom's needs. The people were very helpful. The last place that she was in was going to charge my mom for an entire month's stay, but Heritage Crossing said that they would take care of it for us, so that was big. The people here are very friendly. So far, we're very pleased. We're able to go visit my mom outside for now while the weather is warm enough, and they're very cooperative about that. They're supposedly using all the measures possible to protect against the COVID-19 virus. She says that the food is good. So far, they have activities two days a week. My mom has been enjoying them and it got to a point where she's interested in the activities.
