looks nice on the outside, the salesperson promised how great the place was for the residents, but it turned out to be a nightmare. Substandard personnel that don't care, improper feeding, not paying attention to symptoms that if caught early would require minimal medications. After a few months, we removed our parent from this facility out of fear for her safety.

My sister-in-law will be moving into Castle Pointe & Sage Harbor at Baywinde. It was very clean. We ran into some people that were very enthusiastic or not depressed; they seemed to be enjoying the place. It was one of the key points. They have no furniture; we have to bring our own. It's a very livable place. I think it might even revive her a little bit because she's been secluded, and she has been living alone for a while. This may put her in the place where people her age are around her. The staff was very kind, informative, and very friendly. It's very clean, very airy, and very nice. Their dining area is very clean and very open. The service was good. People cleaned the place up after every meal because I found the place to be spotless. They have a library, a TV room, a barber or hair salon, manicure, or whatever.

Baywinde Senior Living's general appearance is very nice. My dad's room is very nice and it was just remodeled, so it's in very good condition. So far, he seems to be very happy with how he's treated and how they take care of him. The dining area is nice and my dad is happy with the food. They have a lot of musical entertainment, exercise classes, and there's bible study.
