There is not enough staff for the residents. The rooms are not up to date. Residents love bingo, but depending who is running it, they may or may not show up. There isn't a pool, no central A/C, residents must provide their own. Staff is overworked and under paid. for the amount of money families pay, their family members should be getting more care. Its not the employees fault, its the director and the main office. They do not want to give any raises.
